- 6 bread slices
- 1/2 cup finely chopped cabbage
- 1/2 cup finely chopped carrot
- 1/2 cup finely chopped capsicum
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
- 1/4 tsp red chili powder
- 1/4 tsp garam masala powder
- 1/4 tsp chaat masala powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Oil for frying

Method
- In a mixing bowl, add the chopped cabbage, carrot, capsicum, onion, black pepper powder, red chili powder, garam masala powder, chaat masala powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Take a bread slice and cut off its edges.
- Place 2 tbsp of the vegetable mixture on one corner of the bread slice.
- Roll the bread slice tightly, tucking in the sides to form a spring roll shape.
- Repeat the process with the remaining bread slices and vegetable mixture.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Add the bread spring rolls to the hot oil and fry until golden brown on all sides.
- Remove the rolls from the pan and place them on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
