- 1 tsp dried yeast

Method
To make malt extract bread, follow these steps:- Mix the flour, salt and yeast in a bowl.
- Add the malt extract and mix well.
- Add the warm water and mix to form a dough.

- Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover with a clean cloth.
- Leave to rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Knead the dough again for 5 minutes and shape into a loaf.
- Place the dough on a greased baking tray and leave to rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 45 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and leave to cool.
