Method
- Combine the flour, yeast, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
- Slowly add the warm water to the mixing bowl while stirring the ingredients.

- Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover it with a damp cloth. Let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until it has doubled in size.
- Punch down the dough and divide it into two equal parts.
- Roll each part into a ball and then flatten them into a disk shape with a rolling pin.
- Use the prosphora stamp to imprint the seal of the cross on the top of each disk.
- Place the disks on a greased baking sheet and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
