Method
1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). 2. In a large mixing bowl, mix together the flour, salt, and baking soda. 3. Add the shredded cheese to the bowl and mix it in. 4. Slowly add the buttermilk to the bowl, stirring as you go. You may not need all of the buttermilk, so add it slowly until the dough comes together. 5. Once the dough has come together, turn it out onto a lightly floured surface and knead it for a minute or two. 6. Shape the dough into a round loaf and place it onto a baking sheet. 7. Using a sharp knife, cut an "X" into the top of the loaf. 8. Bake the bread in the preheated oven for around 40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the bread sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom. 9.
