- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup almonds
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 cup carrot pulp
- 1 cup zucchini pulp
- 1 cup flaxseed meal
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons dried oregano
- 2 tablespoons dried basil
- 1 tablespoon sea salt

Method
- Soak the sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, almonds, and walnuts in water overnight.
- Drain the water from the nuts and seeds and rinse them with fresh water.
