- 200g fat-free Greek yoghurt
- 200g self-raising flour (plus extra for dusting)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tsp dried coriander
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
Equipment
- Rolling pin
- Frying pan
Method
- Mix the yoghurt, flour, baking powder and salt together in a bowl to form a dough.
- On a floured surface, knead the dough for a few minutes until it's smooth.
- Split the dough into four equal pieces and roll them out into naan bread shapes.
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat and cook each naan bread for around 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- While the naan bread is cooking, mix the garlic, coriander and cumin seeds together in a bowl.
- When the naan bread is cooked, brush it with water and sprinkle the garlic and spice mixture on top.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
