- 4 slices of bread
- 1 cup cooked and shredded chicken
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp ginger paste
- 1/2 tsp garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp garam masala powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 egg
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Oil for frying

Method
- Take a non-stick pan and heat it on medium heat.
- Add onions, ginger paste and garlic paste to the pan and sauté until onions are slightly browned.
- Add cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and salt to the pan and mix well.
- Add the cooked and shredded chicken to the pan and mix well.
- Take a slice of bread and cut off the edges.
- Take a rolling pin and flatten the bread slice.
- Add the chicken mixture to the bread slice and roll it up tightly.
- Whisk an egg in a bowl with a fork.
- Dip the bread roll in the beaten egg and then coat it with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a frying pan on medium heat.
- Add the bread roll to the frying pan and fry until golden and crispy.
- Remove from the frying pan and place on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess oil.
- Repeat with the remaining bread slices and chicken mixture.
