Method

  1. Take a non-stick pan and heat it on medium heat.

  7. Add the chicken mixture to the bread slice and roll it up tightly.
  8. Whisk an egg in a bowl with a fork.
  9. Dip the bread roll in the beaten egg and then coat it with breadcrumbs.
  10. Heat oil in a frying pan on medium heat.
  11. Add the bread roll to the frying pan and fry until golden and crispy.
  12. Remove from the frying pan and place on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess oil.
  13. Repeat with the remaining bread slices and chicken mixture.
