Can I make this bread by hand?
Yes, you can knead the dough by hand instead of using a stand mixer. It will take longer, but it will work just as well. Can I freeze this bread?

Store this bread in an airtight container or plastic bag at room temperature for up to 3 days. If you want it to last longer, you can freeze it (see above).Recipe Tips
- Make sure your water is warm, but not too hot. If the water is too hot, it can kill the yeast and prevent the bread from rising.
- If you don't have a stand mixer with a dough hook, you can still make this bread by hand. It will take longer, but it's worth it!
- If you want a really crusty loaf of bread, you can put a baking tray of water in the bottom of your oven while the bread is baking. The steam will help create a crispy crust.
