Method
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour, cornmeal, rye flour, all-purpose flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
- In another medium bowl, whisk together the buttermilk and molasses.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and whisk until well combined.
